We operate an appointment system to help both you and our clinicians. For routine appointments we allow 10 minutes per patient. If you feel that your problem is complex or you wish to discuss several problems please consider making a double appointment to see the doctor or nurse.
In some cases you may see one of our triage nurses who are well trained in minor illness management, but will seek GP advice if necessary.
Whilst we try to keep to schedule, there are sometimes emergencies which may mean that your appointment is delayed. We appreciate your understanding in these circumstances.
If you have booked a telephone appointment, please make sure that the telephone number we have for you is correct. Please also ensure that your phone is on and that you are free to take the call.
