In both the mornings and afternoons, when all appointments are booked, we operate a telephone triage system. You will receive a phone call from either a nurse or a Doctor who will establish the urgency of your problem. They will then book you an appropriate appointment or give appropriate advice. The time of the phone call cannot be guaranteed, but will be that day.
