Online Services – Patient Access

What are the online services available to me?

The online services currently available at Engleton House Surgery allow you to:

To use these services you must be registered with the practice and register for a “Patient Access/EMIS” account.

If you are using the online services for the first time you will need to contact the Surgery to complete a registration form. Once you have completed this form you will need to go to our reception desk with photographic proof of identity and proof of address so we can activate your account. Once activated you can log on and use the service at any time.

Please note: When booking appointments online be aware that two surgeries will be listed – Engleton House Surgery and Coventry University Medical Centre. Please make sure you select the correct surgery.

When can I use these services?

You may use these services at any time, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, even when the practice is closed. However you should not use this service for emergencies or urgent requests. In these circumstances always contact the practice by phone immediately, or if the practice is closed, the Out Of Hours service. The telephone numbers are on the home page.
